Planning/ Tender/ reviews of contract and sub-contract work program or schedule and implementation strategy, negotiation with contractors and customers, contracts administration and drafting of correspondences.

Responsible for claims and cost management in which able to prepare progress claims, final account, valuation of contract works and familiar with contractual claims.

To work closely with relevant management related to customer matter on orders or deliver, etc.

Tender and contract documents administration, prepare BQ, cost estimate and control, budgeting and evaluate the quotations accordingly to the necessary.

Monitoring site valuations or measurement.

Monitor budget and keep track of direct costs on project.

Prepare monthly report progress claim, sub-contractors’ payment certification, VO evaluation, joint measurement and project final account.
Requirements

Candidate should preferably possess a Bachelor’s Degree. Post Graduate Diploma, in Quantity Surveying Engineering/Civil or others equivalent.

Written Languages: English, Mandarin and BM.

Spoken Languages: Preferable Mandrin/Cantonese, BM, English.

Working Experience: Minimum 2 years in Construction/Renovation/Plumbing related field is required for this position.

Computer Literates: MS Excel, MS Words, MS Project, MS Power Point. Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Possess valid driving license and own car.
